Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2025 Venues. For three weeks in august, the city of edinburgh welcomes an explosion of creative energy from around the globe. The caves, situated within a maze of cavernous rooms below edinburgh's south bridge, the venue is a tourist attraction in it's own right.
Often held in various venues throughout the city like underbelly, the edinburgh playhouse and the gilded balloon. The old festival started in 1947 and since it gets bigger and better.
